Holistic Therapies

As well as coaching, I offer gentle holistic therapies such as Reiki, energy healing, chakra balancing and crystal therapy. These sessions can support your emotional wellbeing, reduce stress and help you feel grounded and rebalanced. Also on offer are card readings for clarity and guidance.
